Terms and Conditions – alonedt Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to alonedt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and alonedt ("alonedt", "We", "Us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through alonedt, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use alonedt and should close any account you may have created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. alonedt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "alonedt" refers to the online gaming and betting platform accessible at alonedt.com and its associated mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on alonedt.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's alonedt wallet, including real money and any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" are promotional credits awarded by alonedt subject to wagering requirements as defined in Section 6.
• "Real Money Funds" are deposits made by a player via a supported Pakistani payment method, net of any pending withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" is the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.

To use alonedt's real-money services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

alonedt operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details, the same device, or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of all bonus structures for legitimate alonedt players.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person.
• Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or any third party who has accessed your account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.
• alonedt may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal holds until documentation is provided.
• Corporate accounts are not permitted. Only individual natural persons may register on alonedt.

If it is found that a player has provided false age information and is under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount may be returned following investigation. alonedt takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigation.

alonedt processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. No foreign exchange fees are charged by alonedt on any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and responsible gaming checks. alonedt reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending KYC documentation if the player has not previously verified their identity. Withdrawals may only be sent to payment methods that have been used to deposit, or to the player's verified bank account.

Deposits made to alonedt using methods linked to stolen or fraudulently obtained funds will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. alonedt has anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns.

alonedt offers a welcome bonus of 100% up to Rs 50,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit, along with ongoing reload bonuses, PSL promotions, free bet offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general rules unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering on sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 to count towards the rollover requirement.
• Casino game contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and Teen Patti contributes 20%.
• alonedt bonuses are available to one player per household, per device, and per IP address. Players found to be abusing bonus structures will have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Players who have previously held an alonedt account under any details are not eligible.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the balance without notice.
• alonedt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

The following rules apply to all sports, cricket, football, and esports bets placed on alonedt. By placing any bet you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

• Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed through the alonedt betting slip. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless alonedt exercises its right to void the bet.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 200 for a single bet. Rs 200 for an accumulator (applied to the total stake).
• Maximum Bet: alonedt sets maximum stake limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by competition, match importance, and current liability position.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, subject to the Bet Acceptance settings in your account. If you have accepted Best Available Odds, any improvement benefits you; if odds drop before acceptance, the bet may be declined or offered at the lower price.
• Cancelled / Postponed Events: If a match is cancelled before it starts, alonedt will void all bets on that fixture and return stakes. If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original start time, bets will also be voided.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be temporarily suspended during significant moments in a game. Bets accepted during a suspension period before the system catches up may be voided at alonedt's discretion if the suspension was triggered by a known in-game event.
• Result Disputes: alonedt uses official competition results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, ESL, etc.) to settle bets. Player protests regarding specific market settlements must be raised within 14 days of the event result being confirmed.

alonedt's jackpot slots, Teen Patti, and live casino games operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel. Players should review the RTP before playing any game.

• Teen Patti Private Rooms: Players creating private rooms on alonedt are responsible for ensuring all participants in that room are registered alonedt players aged 18 or over. Room hosts may not impose stake levels that exceed the maximum bet limits permitted under their account tier.
• Jackpot Contributions: A portion of each qualifying stake in jackpot slot games contributes to the progressive jackpot pool. The specific contribution percentage is shown in each game's information panel. Jackpot wins are credited to the player's alonedt wallet within 48 hours of the win being verified.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, the round is considered void and the stake is returned. alonedt is not liable for software errors caused by third-party game providers, though it will endeavour to recover stakes from providers on behalf of affected players.
• Session Disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or Teen Patti hand, alonedt's system will resolve the round using the pre-established game rules for disconnection scenarios. These rules vary by game and are explained in each game's information section.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your alonedt account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period to increase.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged into alonedt for a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have played and your net result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days, 90 days, or 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from all alonedt services. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on alonedt. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on alonedt under any circumstances.
• Using any software, bot, automated script, or mechanical device to place bets or interact with alonedt's platform.
• Exploiting software errors, odds pricing glitches, or game bugs to gain unfair advantage — sometimes called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage abuse" when conducted systematically to drain promotional value.
• Colluding with other players on Teen Patti or other table games to manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on privileged inside information not publicly available.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fake identity documents, or falsified banking records.
• Attempting to launder money through alonedt's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward alonedt's customer support team or other players.
• Attempting to access alonedt's platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited without express written permission from alonedt.

alonedt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to an account.
• Concern that continued account activity poses a risk to the player under responsible gaming criteria.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, alonedt will notify the player by email within 48 hours unless doing so would compromise the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed due to fraud or terms violation, any Real Money Funds net of outstanding liabilities will be held pending the outcome of any investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately upon terms violation.

Players may close their own alonedt accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any positive Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

All content on alonedt — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, software, odds data, scorecard data, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of alonedt or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in alonedt's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any alonedt content without prior written permission. This includes the alonedt logo, brand name, and any proprietary odds feed or cricket score data displayed on the platform. Violations will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alonedt's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

alonedt is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to player error, including incorrect bet placement or failure to read applicable rules.
• Technical interruptions beyond alonedt's reasonable control, including mobile network failures, ISP outages, or third-party payment gateway downtime.
• Decisions made by official sporting bodies that affect bet settlement, including score revisions, walkover awards, or abandonment decisions.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from platform use.

alonedt collects, stores, and processes player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on alonedt, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The key points relevant to Pakistani players are:

• Your contact information (mobile number and email) is used to manage your account, process transactions, and send you relevant promotional communications if you have opted in.
• Identity verification documents submitted to alonedt are stored securely and used solely for KYC compliance purposes.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any positive Real Money Balance before the revised Terms take effect.
